We’ve Moved! But We Saved Your Spot :)

After a long stretch of change, growth, and yes …a lot of unpacking, we’re finally settled into our new home at: 6204 46th Avenue, Red Deer, T4N 7A2 (You’ll still see the Alberta Institute of Massage signage for now… our own is on the way.)

This move marks more than just a change in address. We’ve gone through a quiet transformation behind the scenes, too. After many years as a proud partner, I’m now the sole owner, and with that comes a renewed focus, fresh direction, and vibrant new energy throughout the clinic.

Our team of therapists is the heart of everything we do. Their dedication, compassion, and skill are what make this clinic thrive. We’re proud to have a dynamic mix of familiar faces and new talent, each one bringing their own strengths, passion, and commitment to your care. Their presence is what gives this new space its energy, and we’re excited for you to experience the difference they make.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or it’s been a while since your last visit, we’d love to welcome you back. The space is new, the vibe is refreshed, and your wellness is still our priority.

An open house is in the works (better late than never!) — we’ll send out details once the finishing touches are complete.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Warmly, Brenda

Serenity is a newly graduated Registered Massage therapist with a natural passion for helping others — whether that’s supporting recovery, easing pain or simply offering a moment of calm in a busy day. For as long as she can remember, massage has been a way of caring for others, and that instinct has grown into a fulfilling career.

Serenity graduated with honors from the 2200-hour program at the Alberta Institute of Massage where she built a strong foundation an anatomy assessment and a variety of hands-on techniques. Since then, she has been recognized for a calm, grounded presence and natural ability to identify and ease areas of tension.

She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and tailoring each treatment to individual needs—whether through deep tissue massage, relaxation, or a combination of techniques. No two treatments are ever the same and that variety is something she truly loves about the profession.

What motivates her most is seeing and hearing about the progress her clients make, and feel honored to be a part of their healing and wellness journey. Always eager to grow and learn, Serenity looks forward to continuing her education and expanding her therapeutic skills set throughout her career.

When not in the clinic, Serenity enjoys spending time time outdoors and staying active—brining that same energy, focus and care into every treatment.

Brenda began her journey into holistic health in 1992, when she graduated from A.I.M. as a Massage Therapist. Two short, but interesting years later, she became part owner of Edwards & Holloway Health & Wellness and The Alberta Institute of Massage, commonly known as A.I.M.

30 years later, she is now the sole owner and Director of AIM, working diligently with her talented team to deliver exceptional education in the ever-expanding field of massage therapy.

Her passion for optimal wellness - body, mind, spirit - was surpassed only by her hunger for knowledge leading to the wisdom needed to constantly improve techniques, foster mastery and share that with her students.

Through the years, she has, through numerous additional trainings and retreats, furthered her proficiency as a Massage Therapist, co-authored an Anatomy Atlas, instructed Massage Therapy, earned certification in various Holistic Wellness Coaching modalities, became a True Colors Facilitator and a Sound Essence Practitioner/Instructor.

Brenda also studied Astrology and Numerology, completed a personal healing and instructional program in Lifepath, a metaphysical program in Quantum Healing, and she completed a bachelor’s degree in Quantum Physics, Natural Healing.

Her love for life gifted her with the privilege of raising a family, embracing the addition of adored grandchildren, playing out the dance of life with her soul mate, and gratefully enjoying treasured friendships!
